CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you wish to cancel an order, please e-mail customer care team at support@thesoulurge.in within 1 hour from making the payment.
• Prepaid orders, once shipped by us, cannot be cancelled from our end. The only way to cancel the order would be to refuse to accept the order when it reaches you. Once the order reaches back to us, we will cancel your order and will process your refund by deducting onwards and backwards shipping charges.
• COD orders, once shipped by us, cannot be cancelled from our end. The only way to cancel the order would be to refuse to accept the order when it reaches you. There is no refund applicable for COD orders.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Please write to us at support@thesoulurge.in , if you get a message from our delivery partners that order is delivered to you but you haven’t received your order. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the message so that we can resolve any such issues at earliest. If 24 hours have passed by and are unable to reach us because of any reason, we will not be responsible for resolving the issue or any lost package or shipment.
