TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE

  • All our products go through strict quality check before shipping. Refund/Returns/Exchange will ONLY be accepted, if your order is damaged/missing in transit or you have received the incorrect product.
  • No return or exchange will be made if you are unsure about the design, size or colour after delivery.
  • Requests for Refund/return/Exchange have to be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified within this period.
  • IMPORTANT: Customers are advised to make an UNEDITED AND SINGLE SHOT unboxing video of the order received to claim refund against damaged/missing/Wrong items.
  • If the products you have received is damaged due to shipping or wrong item is delivered or Item is missing, we offer a free Exchange for the products that you had originally ordered or you can request for partial refund. (If approved, then your refund will be processed only after the damaged or wrong product is received at our end for inspection. Refund may take up to 14 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.)

Please Note: All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty or any other charges that may have been borne by thesoulurge.in in processing and delivering the service, as applicable.

  • Damages due to neglect & improper usage are not included under our Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy.
  • We do not consider refunds for in-correct data provided by the customer. We request you to please re-check all your data when entered. thesoulurge.in will not consider refund requests resulting from the incorrect data provided by you. However, if you e-mail us at support@thesoulurge.in within an hour of placing the order, we will consider the changes to be made.

 

REFUND/ RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  • Requests for Refund/return/Exchange have to be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified within this period.
  • Please inform us on email at support@thesoulurge.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Also, share the pictures and Video of the damaged/incorrect products for our team to understand the issue.
  • Customers are advised to make an UNEDITED AND SINGLE SHOT unboxing video of the order received to claim refund against damaged/missing items/Wrong items.

Note :It is up to the discretion of THESOULURGE team to decide whether the product is approved for Refund/return/exchange.

  • If approved for Refund/return/exchange, please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. No request for return or exchange or replacement for the same shall be approved beyond 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping of the product(s) to ‘Thesoulurge’ office Typically, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-7 business days via our reliable third-party service partners. Delivery times may vary based on your location, ranging from 3 to 12 business days for the products to reach our office. We will make three pickup attempts at your location. If we are unable to collect the products due to your absence, unserviceable locations for returns, or circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you via email or other suitable methods. In such cases, we'll request you to make arrangements for the return. Should you be responsible for arranging the return, kindly dispatch the product(s) to our office address. Additionally, please send us an email notification containing the courier tracking details. Please be aware that the product(s) must remain unused and in the original condition as received. Please note that Thesoulurge holds no liability for any loss or damage to the returned product(s) during transit.
  • Inspection of product(s) returned Upon receiving the returned product(s) at our office, we will promptly send you an email notification to confirm its receipt. Subsequently, we will proceed to inspect the returned product(s) and provide you with a response regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request within 1-2 working days from the date of receipt. It's important to note that we will not approve any refund request if the returned product(s) is discovered to be used, damaged, or missing any parts. Please be advised that Thesoulurge's decision concerning the acceptance or rejection of your request shall be considered final and binding.
  • THESOULURGE will try its best to expedite the repair/ Exchange process. However, the whole process from pick-up to delivery of the replacement item can take up to 15 business days from the date of approval of return/exchange.
